We are located close to all Blackpool's amenities including: Shops, Tower, Winter Gardens and C.I.Us etc. also a short walk to the Promenade where you can take a ride on a tram to Blackpool’s famous Pleasure Beach.

For the comfort and well being of our guests, we do not accept Stag or Hen party bookings.

We are a no smoking guest house.

T.V. Lounge and Bedrooms are available to guests at all times of the day.

All bedrooms have remote control TV’s (no meters). Tea & Coffee making facilities, hairdryers, bedside lamps and central heating. Iron and ironing board is available on request. Towels and toiletries are included in the price. For guests comfort and convenience rooms are serviced daily.

We provide orange juice, cereal, a full English Breakfast or a choice of boiled, scrambled or poached egg or beans on toast.

Also a choice of menu for the optional evening meal. We can with pleasure cater for any special dietary needs- please advise us of your requirements when making reservation.

We offer discounts for 7 day bookings and half price for children. We do further discounts for over 55’s in July and August.
